Keep in mind that deleting your account is a permanent action that will result in the loss of all tokens, private keys, transaction data, and associated assets. This data cannot be recovered once the process is complete.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Open the GetRabbit App
Log in to your account on the GetRabbit app.
Access Settings
On the main dashboard, tap the gear icon located in the top-right corner to open the Settings menu.
Navigate to Legal & Privacy
In the Settings menu, scroll down and select Legal & Privacy.
Choose the Delete Account Option
In the Legal & Privacy section, locate and tap the Delete Account option
Confirm Deletion
A confirmation screen will appear with the message: “Are you sure you want to delete your account? Once deleted, all tokens, private keys, transaction data, and associated assets will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. Please enter your email ID to continue.”
Enter your registered email ID in the provided text field.
Delete Your Account
After entering your email ID, tap the Delete button to proceed. If you change your mind, you can tap Cancel to exit without deleting your account.
Confirmation
Upon successful deletion, you will receive a confirmation message. Ensure you no longer have access to your account as the process is irreversible.
